A new home is an important purchase.  Bellago Homes is committed to building every home using quality materials and workmanship.  Your new home purchase is also important to us after you move in.

Bellago Homes is committed to delivering your home to you on the closing date in a clean and defect-free condition. If you discover material or workmanship defects during applicable warranty coverage periods, as defined in the Bellago Homes Limited Warranty Manual given to you at closing, Bellago Homes will arrange to have the defects corrected at no charge to the homeowner. If there are problems with your home as a result of ordinary wear and tear, or the actions of occupants of the home or other parties, Bellago Homes will not be responsible for those problems.

Homes will last for many years if homeowners commit to the ongoing maintenance and care of their homes. From offering pre-closing homeowner inspections and providing helpful homeowner maintenance information, Bellago Homes desires to help you understand how to effectively maintain and maximize the enjoyment of your home.

An emergency warranty claim is a problem that requires immediate attention to protect you or your family from harm and to avoid damage to your home as defined below is an emergency Warranty Claim.

If your emergency is on a weekend or you are unable to reach us please contact directly the subcontractors listed on the emergency contact numbers sticker placed in your home (in a cabinet near your kitchen sink).
